Return

As a dress rental service, we offer a flexible return policy allowing you to return the rented dresses after your event, as long as they are in the same condition as when you received them. Please properly handle the dress and ensure it is returned within the agreed rental period. We will appreciate it if you pack the dress properly to prevent damage while being shipped back to us.

Refunds

Refunds only apply in cases where you have received a defective or damaged product. In the case where the rented dress upon arrival is damaged, kindly let us know within the shortest notice with photographic evidence of the damage. We shall analyze the case and make appropriate adjustments such as a refund or exchange with another similar dress. Refunds will be transferred directly to your bank account.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges for rental dresses. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by offering a suitable replacement.

Conditions

The rental dress should be returned unused with its original condition. Rented dresses that are found to be excessively damaged, altered, or soiled beyond normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return or refund.
